1. At Westpac we introduced a program acted service Tv and did short 5 min video segments teach people things and this is used by all teams in all business assist easy to run. With another client we had them only allowed to do sales meaning by video and they sold more ass staff were freed up.

2. With another client we trained them to do performance reviews based on Heading towered, going well or needing to catch up this has been well received, another one we changed how induction was done from 10 days to 1 and it is based on Past, Me and Goals… many clients now use this program.
