Public Training Our Short Courses
Prior to COVID-19, Discover Performance Advisory had a bespoke range of tailored face-to-face Public Training Programs. Each program is one day duration and held twice a year in either Sydney or Melbourne. These programs are trusted by many of our clients who enroll staff regularly in these programs.
All programs are a fixed fee of AUD $990 + GST.

4. Presentation Skills.
Upon completion of this program you’ll be able to:
- Choose presentation strategies, format and delivery methods for your target audience and select presentation aids, materials and techniques that suit the format.
- Explain desired outcomes of the presentation with your target audience while monitoring non-verbal and verbal communication of participants.
- Provide opportunities for participants to seek clarification on central ideas and concepts, and summarise key concepts at strategic points to facilitate understanding
5. Selling by Stealth.
Upon completion of this course you’ll be able to:
- Recognize opportunities to promote your organisation’s goods and services and continuously develop greater confidence for selling
- Leverage an understanding of the psychology of selling to identify unmet customer needs and convert them into revenue
- Identify where and how value is added to your organisation’s products and services while leveraging proven tactics to keep on top of your organisation’s offerings – Know when to refer an opportunity
6. Merit Selection Behavioural Interviewing and Conscious Bia's
Upon completion of this course you’ll be able to:
- Apply the recruitment and selection merit principle
- Apply best practice strategies to make valid and informed choices in selections that better predict future performance

7. Project Management Training
Upon completion of this course you’ll be able to:
- Manage workplace projects effectively using practical insights into the critical knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®)

Upon completion of this course you’ll be able to:
- Build credibility in the workplace through techniques that enable you to influence a variety of scenarios
